After the guarantee period, refunds are generally not available as the service has been rendered. We do, however, review requests on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues — platform outages that prevented meaningful access
- Billing errors — incorrect charges or duplicate payments
- Exceptional circumstances — evaluated individually by our support team
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: one-time assessment fees, completed therapy sessions, digital content downloads, subscription renewal cycles (partial-month refunds are not available), and gift subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Onwynd subscription at any time with no penalties or early-termination fees.
- How: Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Access: You retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
- Renewal: Your subscription will not renew; no further charges
- Reactivation: You may re-subscribe at any time
Example. If you subscribe on the 1st of a month and cancel on the 15th, you retain access until the end of that month. You will not be charged on the 1st of the following month.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@onwynd.com with your account email, order reference, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional details.
- You will receive an email confirming approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Special Circumstances
Corporate / Enterprise Accounts
Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise agreements are governed by your specific contract. Contact your account manager for details.
Promotional Discounts
If you used a promotional discount, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid, not the undiscounted price.
Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of requesting a refund through our support team may result in immediate account suspension, permanent access revocation, and recovery of associated fees. We take chargeback abuse seriously and reserve all available legal remedies.
We monitor refund patterns to protect our community. Accounts exhibiting repeated abuse — such as more than 3 refund requests in 6 months, or creating multiple accounts to exploit trial periods — may be permanently suspended.
