Termination & Renewal
Contract Terms
Initial contract term is typically 12 months, with automatic renewal unless notice is provided.

- •Auto-renewal for same term
- •Cancellation notice: 60 days before renewal
- •Early termination fee: 50% of remaining contract value
Data Upon Termination
Upon contract termination:
- •Access continues through end of paid period
- •Data export available for 30 days post-termination
- •All user data deleted after 90 days (unless legally required)
- •Anonymized aggregate data retained for research
